As nice as it sounds, and as amazing as it would be to constantly feel in a state of euphoric happiness...
...Life doesn't quite work like that.
The reality is that being a human being on planet earth isn't all unicorns and fairy dust...
...It can be tough, brutal, and at times, bloody unforgiving.
Listen up, it's practically impossible to feel “on top of the world” every single day.
Some days you'll just feel like shit...
...With doubts, fears, insecurities & a lack of motivation.
And that's OK. You're human.
Denying these negative emotions will lead to experiencing deeper and more prolonged negative emotions.
Constant positivity is a form of avoidance, & isn't a valid solution to life’s problems.
Attempting to escape the negative, silence it, or quash it, tends to always backfire and bite you in the ass.
The avoidance of suffering is a form of suffering.
The avoidance of struggle is a struggle.
The denial of failure is a failure.
Hiding what is shameful is itself a form of shame.
You don’t need to constantly walk around farting magical rainbows with a big smile on your face.
EMBRACE your hardships, struggles & pain.
They are making you better, stronger, wiser...
...And are moulding you into the absolute legend you were meant to be.
Everything worthwhile in life is won through OVERCOMING the associated negative experience...
...Not by IGNORING it 💯
