Wanna know a secret?
It's ok to make mistakes. It's ok to fail. And it's ok to fuck up.
Sounds nice when it's written down like that, doesn't it?
Truth is, "being ok" with making mistakes, isn't something we can learn overnight.
...The reality is, it can feel like shit when we fuck up. Especially if it keeps happening.
It can lead to the old voices in our head whispering...
"I always make mistakes!"
"I'm so stupid!"
"Maybe I'm not good enough?"
Those seemingly minor words, said every time you make a mistake, will lodge deeply into your subconscious mind...
...turning them from minor 'words' to major 'beliefs' that will affect your confidence, self worth, and subsequently cause you to make even more mistakes in future.
The trick here is to shift perspective on your fuck-ups, and identify with a different set of voices in your head.
